Kim McGuinness and her team were looking for a new brand identity to promote Kim's re-election to Northumbria Police and Crime Commissioner. The identity needed to reflect Kim's positive, inclusive and optimistic personality, as well as showcase her brilliant successes so far, and most importantly, her plan for the future of policing in the region.
With coronavirus restrictions impacting on usual face-to-face campaigning activities, a stand out digital presence was key for Kim's campaign. A vibrant, contrasting colour palette was chosen to ensure that Kim's brand was accessible and inclusive. Diagonal lines and angled typography also play a large role in the brand, to give that sense of energy, progression and excitement.
